           In this section of the website, you can electronically prepare real estate contracts using the model forms approved by the RA Government Resolution No. 1851-N of December 22, 2011, “On Approval of Model Forms of Agreements Not Requiring Notarization.”

           Please note that, in accordance with Article 299 of the Civil Code of RA and Chapter 5 of the RA Law on State Registration of Rights to Property, transactions made using the electronic forms of model contracts published in this section are concluded with verification of parties’ signatures. The parties must appear in person at one of the service offices of the Real Estate Cadastre Committee of RA to sign the contract.

According to subpoint 2 of point 2 of paragraph 2 of the RA Government Resolution No. 1851-N of 22.12.2011, transactions using model agreements before August 1, 2012, will be concluded only at the service offices of the Real Estate Cadastre Committee of RA located in Yerevan.
