In order to apply for registration of rights to and restrictions on real property online persons registered on the website www.e-cadastre.am may fill in their profile an electronic application form, the content of which must comply with the requirements of Part 2 of Article 24 of the RA Law "On State Registration of Rights to Property". After filling in the application form and verification of the form and electronic copies of supporting documents by the digital signature of the applicant, the documents will be entered into the system of the site.
In accordance with the order of the electronic filing of applications for registration of rights to and restrictions on real property, payments of the registration fee and the state duty should be made online through the electronic payment system.
In case of absence of grounds for suspension of acceptance of the application in accordance with the order of the electronic filing of applications for registration of rights to and restrictions on real property, submitted application and related documents are entered into the automated system of real property rights registration and a receipt is sent to the email address of the applicant.
