Dear citizens,

We would like to inform you that the Real Estate Information System of Armenia has been integrated with the Digital Services Platform of the Urban Development Sector, which allows you to submit construction permissions and other urban development documents along with the state registration application by entering special codes. As a result of this change, a new tool has been introduced in the Real Estate Information System of Armenia and the electronic services platform (e-cadastre.am), through which the submitted documents are attached with a single tool. To attach documents (including construction permits and other urban development documents), you need to select the name of the document and enter the code in the document attachment field of the above-mentioned platforms.

The address registry cartographic component has been introduced into the Cadastre Committee’s electronic services platform, which is available to all communities of the Republic of Armenia.

The introduced cartographic environment enables communities to receive constantly updated spatial information on real estate addresses and ensure the integrity and accuracy of the registry database in accordance with established standards.

At the same time, the platform provides a simplified procedure for the property addressing process, with the automatic formation of some components.
