The site is designed to provide e-services by the Committee, including online submission of applications and related documents for state registration of real property rights and restrictions.

Online applications for registration of rights and restrictions and related documents may be submitted by persons who have a digital signature issued in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia by the center of certification of electronic digital signatures and who are registered on the website www.e-cadastre.am in accordance with the requirements of the order of the electronic submission of applications for registration of real property rights and restrictions.

To register on the www.e-cadastre.am website please fill in the registration form, then get the activation link notification to the e-mail address noted by you to activate your account.

The order of the electronic submission of applications and related documents for the registration of real property rights and restrictions is prescribed by Decree 165-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated 9th February 2012.
